Speciiazation programs will be offered at our partner institutions for 3 months (1 month training and 2 months working)

Daily Routine @ Puvidham :
5am Wake-up
5am – 7 am – Cooking | Morning Learning Activities
7 am – 8.30 – Personal Time
8.30 am – 1.30 pm – Community Work & Exploring new skills
1.30 pm to 2.30pm – Lunch
3.30 pm – 6.30 pm – Community Work & Exploring new Skills
6.30 pm to 8 pm – Cooking | Evening Reading
8pm to 9pm – Dinner
10pm – Lights Off.
Programme Terms & Conditions :
1. 100% Attendance ( Can be relaxed only under exceptional circumstances)
2.  We strongly discourage Smoking & Drinking during the entire course. We believe Sustainable Living starts with your own body and its wellness.
3. Daily Diary Maintenance of Every day Activities recommended
4. Dress Code during the course has to be sensitive to the local community.
5. Accommodation will be in dormitories separate for men and women.

7. Community Work (Cooking, Cleaning of the Premises & other chores to be self-managed in turns by the students themselves during their stay)
